I would also recommend Jot! It is a very functional whiteboard app perfect for students and teachers. It has a live sharing feature where you can collaborate with other jot users in real time
I tried Jot a few days back and found it good too!!
I am not quite sure if it would figure in my list of 5 best apps at the cost of any of the ones mentioned above.
