Don’t comment only for backlinks, your comment will get rejected. If you want to get approved you comment, read full post, then add your comment make sure your comment should be relevant the post. Don’t spam on blogs like “Thanks for nice post”, “Hey nice post I’ve bookmarked your blog”.
Only comment when you have something to say. There should be a reason for your comments. State your thoughts on the issue at hand. Ask questions for clarity. Feel free to disagree with the author. Just make sure your comments have a purpose and will add to the discussion.

That’s great stuff I think the reviewing criteria of High pr blog is bit hard I know wong didn’t like to edit guest post he write detailed stuff on Guest post and how he deal it and I really like and agree the stuff he write in that.
